In this hands-on class, we’re taking a trip to Italy and exploring the cuisine of Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean. We’ll take a journey through the flavors, traditions and vibrant ingredients of this culturally diverse region. Cook Like a Tuscan is a hands-on culinary journey through central Italy, where you’ll cook regional dishes with local chefs, explore markets and vineyards, and experience the rhythms of everyday Italian food culture. This small-group trip is designed for curious home cooks who want to deepen their skills, confidence, and connection to food—right where it’s grown and cooked.
In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
