Our Chopping Block chef will guide you in preparing a menu full of beautiful garnishes, textures and layers as Laura teaches you trade secrets you can use to up your game at home. From the plates you choose for serving, to an array of garnishing techniques, this class will be filled with all sorts of plating, styling and photography tips utilizing your phone’s camera.
Menu:
- Cranberry Aperitivo Spritz (Cranberry, Orange, Aperitivo, Prosecco)
- Grilled Pear and Mixed Green Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts, Shaved Parmesan and Apple Cider Vinaigrette
- Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Kale-Walnut Pesto, Crispy Smashed Potatoes and Baby Swiss Chard
- Pumpkin Donut Holes with Chocolate Glaze and Candied Pepitas- Demoed by the Chef
