Experience the warmth and rustic flavors of Tuscany through the art of live-fire cooking. In this hands-on, outdoor class, you’ll learn how simple, high-quality ingredients are transformed over the grill into deeply flavorful, seasonal dishes. Along the way, you’ll build confidence working with open flame, learn about essential Italian flavor combinations, and discover how to create an unforgettable meal meant for sharing.
Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors and taught as a hands-on cooking class with an emphasis on using indoor grill pans.
Menu you’ll cook and enjoy:
- Bruschetta with Charred Tomatoes, Grilled Onions and Parsley-Caper Salsa Verde
- Grilled Strip Steaks with Lemon, Roasted Garlic and Oregano Butter
- Antipasto Salad with Arugula, Artichokes, Tomatoes, Chickpeas, Grilled Green Beans and Zucchini
- Grilled Stone Fruit with Mascarpone Cream, Balsamic Drizzle and Toasted Hazelnuts

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
