In this hands-on, outdoor class, you’ll learn how simple, high-quality ingredients are transformed over the grill into deeply flavorful, seasonal dishes. Along the way, you’ll build confidence working with open flame, learn about essential Italian flavor combinations, and discover how to create an unforgettable meal meant for sharing.
Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors and taught as a hands-on cooking class with an emphasis on using indoor grill pans.
