Hands-On Neapolitan Pizzeria

Learn how to make pizza pies on Pi Day! Master the art of creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas in this hands-on class.

• Cooking on a pizza stone and using a pizza peel 
• Making vinaigrette 
• Balancing flavors 
• Making fresh herb and tomato sauces

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
