Come celebrate Chinese New Year and learn how to make dim sum, a delicious Chinese tradition that consists of small plates, allowing you to try a wide variety of dishes! Teens, ages 13-17, are invited to join us for a fun hands-on class where you get to eat what you make in class. Our chef will teach your teen all about the tools, ingredients and techniques needed to successfully make an assortment of dim sum favorites.
