Each month, a different TCB chef will design a menu pulling from their own personal inspiration and knowledge. During this fun and casual demonstration class, you’ll enjoy tastings of Chef Matt’s fresh takes on the Irish table inspired by his culinary training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. Class includes a Gin and Elderflower tonic to complement the pairing.
