End your week with a fun build-your-own charcuterie board class on our outdoor patio! Whether you’re getting ready for a picnic, going to a dinner party, or just want to enjoy a late afternoon snack, we’ll provide you with all of the essential items and presentation techniques to put together a beautiful and delicious board in this partial hands-on class. Students will work individually to create their own board on a take-home 9-inch Epicurious cutting board that will include parmesan, gruyere and goat cheese. You’ll cut the cheeses to your liking and roll the goat cheese in an assortment of herbs and/or spices. Salami and prosciutto will also be provided, and to accompany the meats and cheeses, each student will grill bread and fruit and have access to Dijon mustard, honey and jam. The chef will demo how to prepare a quick pickle that will also accompany the board. Enjoy your board at the end of class with wine (available for purchase from our wine list) or take it with!
Charcuterie board classes take place outdoors on our patio and are therefore subject to weather cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, all participants will be contacted by phone and email no later than 8pm the day before the class (for morning classes) and 2pm (for evening classes) on the day of the class.
